From years four through seven, the focus will shift to expansion and specialization — increasing contract size, pursuing multi-year agreements, and developing core expertise in high-demand categories such as medical supplies, IT equipment, construction materials, or facility support items. The company will invest in technology to automate procurement research, pricing, and fulfillment, while strengthening staff capacity, quality control, and fleet management. By year seven, the goal is to become a mature federal supplier with diversified revenue, strong past performance ratings, and a recognized reputation for reliability, compliance, and rapid delivery — positioning the business for continued growth, subcontracting partnerships,
or large-scale prime contracting.
